Commercial project

Vision Holdings has built its first office building since June 2007. The Vision Plaza is a 6-floor Class A, commercial office, with over 3,000 m², ideally located only walking distance from Piata Victoria, on Blvd Titulescu. Having mastered the engineering and functional aspects of office buildings, Vision Holdings has established Vision Holdings Architects & Engineers SRL with an In-House capacity to design its projects, setting a higher standard for aesthetic quality and, in turn, tenant demand. With more than 3 different office projects completed in 2007 and 2008 in Piata Unirii, Piata Victoria and Alba Iulia, the company has demonstrated its success in finding strategic plots in Bucharest with tremendous potential and upside commercial value while successfully attaining the challenging approvals and authorizations required by the local authorities.

Knowing that we will own or co-own and operate what we build or renovate, we maintain an eye on the long-term benefits of our designs, materials and construction methods.

With the Romanian market having nowadays shifted towards a more balanced-out ratio between cost and benefit of real estate objects offered, and with consumers raising higher expectations than ever before on quality issues, our real time adaptation to these subtle, yet crucial, changeshas earned us a leading position and a solid reputation when it comes to providing products and services of a higher quality.

This forward-looking view drives us to build carefully and with the best materials, including energy efficiency measures that lower lifecycle costs.
